By downloading and using Prodromal (“App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
Prodromal is a wellness coaching app that helps you detect and respond to illness earlier. It reads data you choose to share from Apple Health, provides personalized protocols based on patterns it learns from your past episodes, and coaches you through recovery.
Prodromal is NOT:
In a medical emergency, call 995 (Singapore), 911 (US), or your local emergency number immediately. Do not use Prodromal.
The information Prodromal provides — including protocols, dosages, symptom analysis, and chat responses — is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concern. No protocol is right for every individual.
You retain full ownership of all health data you enter into or connect to Prodromal. We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Prodromal offers optional paid subscriptions (Prodromal Pro, Prodromal Family) billed through Apple’s App Store. Prices and current plans are displayed in-app.
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Prodromal Family subscriptions support Apple Family Sharing. Each family member’s data remains private to them.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy. Request via reportaproblem.apple.com.

All content, features, and functionality of Prodromal — including design, text, images, code, and AI models — are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.
Prodromal is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Prodromal — including medical outcomes, missed diagnoses, or decisions made based on Prodromal’s information. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email (for subscribers) at least 30 days before taking effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Singapore.
